Don't choose a brand new easel when you can have a broken in model that features vintagy spilled paint that adds to a "serious artist" look in your home.
Making sure that your subject is well lit is the artists responibility. It's really in bad taste to ask that your model bring their own lighting. (Vert count 659, Poly count 1092)
This backdrop is designed so you can ask someone to sit in front of it so you can paint them without having to have your wall in the background. It can be such a pain to have to totally redecorate a room just for a painting. There is also an optional color pack that you can add that gives you more color options.
