These terms apply to all users of WDS, whether they are WDS PLATINUM subscribers or not.

WDS PLATINUM gives you access to files at welldressedsim.com that are 100KBs or higher for TS1 clothing and TS2 files, and 75KBs or higher for TS1 Furnishings. All TS1 makeovers are free to everyone.

All files are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.

All files available from welldressedsim.com, past and present, are copyrighted works and MAY NOT BE REDISTRIBUTED under any circumstances or by any method without the express written consent of The Well Dressed Sim.

A subscription is valid for one household only.

If a violation of these terms is encountered, your access to WDS PLATINUM may be withheld and legal procedings will be considered.
