Password
Not Accepted - Check the following:
Make sure you're typing your username and password
EXACTLY as it appears. Our password system is case
sensisive (CAPITAL letters are different from lowercase
letters). John
is not the same as john.
Often, a "CAPS LOCK" key being stuck down
may be the culprit. Also, don't copy/paste from
the PayPal receipt page. There are extra spaces
that you can't see when you paste. Type in the information
by hand. Note how the following can all look very
similar if not exactly the same:
Make sure you try more than one of these characters
if you're not sure what it's supposed to be.
While most users have instant access to WDS Platinum there
is the possibility that PayPal's subscription processing system may experience
a slow down. Some users have experienced a delay as long as a few hours before their
WDS account becomes active.
Be assured that your subscription is in the que to be created and nothing has gone
wrong, it's just delayed. Please don't try to subscribe again and try accessing your
WDS account again after a time before you contact Customer Support. We appologize
for any inconvenience this may cause. |

Log into PayPal.com
with your PayPal information (email address and
password).
2. From the "My Account/Overview" tab,
find the line that says "Subscription Completion
- To - The Well Dressed Sim."
3. Click on "Details" on the right.
That will take you to a page with your account
information.

Subscribers - You will need to request
WDS PLATINUM Customer Support to get your information.
Please include as much information as you possibly
can. The most important peice of information is
the email address you used to sign up. If you have
multiple email addresses and don't know which one
you used, please send all of them that you think
may have been used. This information will be shared
with no one. |

Not Functioning Properly

Unfortunately,
this is not something we can help with. Often
times playing with your Internet Options will
help with downloading files but WDS cannot help
you fix your computer. Ask someone that knows
computers to help you. There are many people in
the forums in our community and some of them may have had the same
troubles. Ask around.(NEVER
give your account information to ANYONE in a
forum!!!) If you've subscribed to WDS and
your computer won't download files or allow you
to use WDS items in your game request
WDS PLATINUM Customer Support. We can close
your account and refund your money.
